Moved From Virginia to Indiana. Still have the same business but changed the name.

I closed down the LLC in Virginia when we moved in May. I created a new LLC in Indiana with a similar but different name (since original name in Indiana would not make sense).

I am starting to work on 2022 taxes.

I updated my address to Indiana in personal section.

Now in business section for Virginia LLC. It now shows new address. Do I change back to old address here (without changing it globally)?

Do I say the business ceased operations in 2022 and then create a new business starting in 2022 in Indiana? If so, do I lose the remaining years of depreciation?

If I keep the business, will it know (or give me the option) to put in income appropriate to each state?

(This is why I have not moved in over 30 years. Handling this stupid tax stuff moving is unnecessarily  complicated.)

You really do not have to be concerned with the change if the LLC is a single-member LLC without employees.
