Hi,

I am a tax resident in Norway.

I haven’t filed on my own in the States since I moved to Norway in 2011. My earned income in Norway has been taxed by Norway and I earned well under the Foreign tax income exclusion rate.

I wasn’t aware that I needed to file my taxes in the states because I have not earned any income in the states since I moved to Norway.

I need to file my taxes for the past years in the States but I’ve been taxed in Norway.

How do I go about doing that?

Seek professional assistance to file all the prior year returns that are required even if you will not owe anything or get a refund.

Any recommendations on who or where I can go to get that kind of help?
