Let me get this straight: I go to Costco, purchase "CD or Download," come home only to find out I have to call an 800 number to get my download? And, Intuit is "closed?"

Why cannot I not have an activation code in my CD case?

Look, I never would have bought it from Costco or anywhere if I would have known I have to call a 1-800 number to get my activated download/copy. This is archaic. And, I cannot call M-F as I'm at work. So ... when am I supposed to call? Joke.

Alas, that's how Costco (as opposed to Amazon,etc.) has chosen to do it.

TT support is open from 5 am to 9 pm pacific everyday starting monday.

And most of the forms will not be functional until the 18th or later AND the IRS will not start processing returns until the 29th or later SO... you have time to call.

I used to work the phones from 4 p to midnight eastern but rarely got off the phone until 2 am.

Yeah ... try doing that and work my own tax practice from 9 - 3 and 9 - 5 on the weekends ... I didn't sleep for 4 months. That is why I am not working for them any longer ... and the funny thing is they want you to be a practicing preparer but they would not let me work part time.

True..closed this weekend...but they start 7-day phone access starting tomorrow. You are just a tad early.

We have been told It will start out as 5AM-9PM **** PACIFIC time****
