Last years taxes need agi

i did taxes last year with turbotax on someone elses computer. but trying to log in just give me this yeas info

You said you used a different computer to do your returns last year with TurboTax. Possibly they were using the software version of our product and not the online version. If this was the case the .tax2015 file will be on their computer.

Otherwise please make sure you are logged into the correct account. This might sound obvious but it does happen to thousands of people a year and its an easy mistake to make.

  1. Tax Timeline
  2. Load My Tax Timeline
  3. At this point you should see the years you have filed click "The Arrow" to the right of 2015
  4. This should give you the option to view AGI

This is the easy method to check if you are in the account you used to file with last year.

If you are not in the correct account you can always go through the Recovery Process: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If you are unable to log into the account through either method you will need to contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to have them send you your 2015 transcripts.

A CPA completed the 2021 return.  I do not have a copy of it on this computer.
