K1 - Limited Partner on LLC which was disolved this year - Partnership ended?
Hi,
I had invested in an apartment syndication deal as a Limited Partner (Partnership LLC).
I received my K1 for this year with the reporting of the distributions due to the sale.
When turbotax asked, "Describe the Partnership" I selected: This partnership ended in 2022, because the LLC was dissolved.
But then it asks Choose how you disposed of this partnership?
- No Entry
- Complete Disposition
- Disposition was not via sale
- Sold and am receiving payments
What should I answer there?
