Question

It said my state return was $800 and now it’s $200. Why?

    What is "it" that said the refund was $800?  Where did you see that?    And where are you seeing $200?

    And....which state is involved?

     

    Certain state's final state forms are not available yet, and if a state software update was done recently, then yes, the refund might change if undying calculations in the updated forms were just implemented in the software....without you doing anything.
