TurboTax is indicating that Form 2210 for tax year 2020 is now available as of 2/25/2021, yet it's still not available via TurboTax online updates! What is going on? And when will this form actually, FINALLY be available?!?  I'm incurring additional tax penalties by the day because of TurboTax issues, and that is NOT acceptable!!

No, TurboTax is not lying about the Form 2210 being available in the software.

Yes, the following link says that the form 2210 is currently available in the software:

TurboTax Available Federal Forms

TurboTax State Forms Availability

You can use these two links above to see what currently is available in TurboTax and if not yet available, then the expected availability date is.

In order to access the form in your return, you will need to close your return and update your software version and then reload your return to see any changes.

The Form 2210 calculates the underpayment penalty for a taxpayer based on current and prior year tax liabilities on their returns.

For additional information on instructions for the Form 2210, please refer to the following link:

IRS Instructions for Form 2210

Just a general comment: TT cannot release tax forms until the IRS approves TT's version (programming) of the forms.  That's why sometimes it takes longer than expected.

Form 2210 became available in the 2/26/21 update but TurboTax implemented it incorrectly.  In Part IV, TurboTax does not carry any overpayment from Column (a) through Column (b) to Column (c).  This can result in an incorrect form being created for filing.  It is H&R Block for me next year.  Erroneous calculations and tax forms = lost business for TurboTax.
