    Deluxe, Premier, and Self-Employed editions of TurboTax Online are all free for enlisted active duty military and reserve personnel.  TurboTax refers to it as a "Military Discount", but it's actually free for qualified military.

     

    Officers, non-commissioned officers, warrant officers, veterans, and non-enlisted service members don’t qualify.

     

    NOTE:   The Military  Discount does NOT include any LIVE products, so be sure you don't end up in TurboTax Live, such as Live Basic, Live Deluxe, Live Premier, etc.  unless you want to pay for live CPA/EA tax expert  help and a review of your return prior to filing.
