Question

Is there no way to get tax expert service once I filed? I don't see any link in the UI to purchase it. The amend process is broken. Need help from tax expert.

I only missed a 1099-R which has 0 taxable amount. But when I tried to amend it, immediately the federal due is $2700+ even before I upload the 1099-R form. I tried to buy tax expert service. But seems that live expert chat button just disappeared after I file the return. How can I buy that live tax expert service?
