Is there anyway to fix rejected state and federal taxes? I have been going back and fixing my 2020 AGI multiple times and it never fixes it. Any help would be appreciated

Is there anyway to fix rejected state and federal taxes? I have been going back and fixing my 2020 AGI multiple times and it never fixes it. Any help would be appreciated

EDIT:: I’ve tried entering $0 and I’ve tried entering my AGI multiple times and still nothing. I can’t call TurboTax customer service either because they set me on hold for an hour. They say they don’t have my 2020 tax return on file but I can go back through the documents section and it shows up. I also have not received any unemployment or anything if that sort.

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file again.

Did either of you receive unemployment income in 2021? If so subtract the unemployment income from AGI.
