Question

Is something wrong, my state Kentucky efile is still pending 10 days after my Federal efile was accepted on January 29?

Does it make a difference that my first efile was rejected for an error? After fixing the error I refiled and Federal was accepted within 8 hours.

In general it can take 24-48 hours before coming back accepted or rejected. At times It can take several days due to the large volume of returns received by the government. State returns can take several days. As soon as it has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email.
