I Have two Data Have to add in box14 of W2 form which is New York State and Local Retirement Systems Must add the amount of their 414H contributions and New York City flexible benefits program IRC 125 Must also be added to New York City income. But Federal won't Charge these two income at all. This is section 612{b}{31} of the NYS Tax Law.

You must enter these on your W2. Follow these steps:

Open to federal income
Locate your w2
Edit
Look for box 14
Enter the description on w2 -IRC 125
Enter the dollar amount
The dropdown box must be correct - select NY IRC 125 Subject to NY tax
Enter the description - 414H
Enter the dollar amount
The dropdown box - select NY IRC 414H subject to NY tax.
