Please try the following steps which may help clear the loop you are experiencing: Log completely out of Turbo Tax. IRS is not accepting 2022 tax returns is reason why my return didn't go through. What does that mean ? Some things about my return or just try again later?

Yes i did get the answer i needed , it was to try filing my federal tax return without the state return because they wasn't ready for state returns yet so it stops them both from going through if done at same time and i did the federal return only and it went through. Thank you so much !
