all US citizens are required to report their world wide income.

If your income is below the standard deduction, there is no requirement to file a tax return.

i will have no income since im going to be a full time student. I just wanna make sure that i dont have to pay penalty or fees for not filing taxes for the next years

If you have no income of any kind there is no reason or need to file a tax return.
