that depends on waht you mom does and who files first

if she files first and claims you, which based on what you have provided, she shouldn't you'll have to mail in your return and honestly the IRS has not explained what it will do in cases like yours as regards to stimulus.

your mom would need to amend.

if your mom didn't claim or you file first you you'll get the payment.
