Yes you can file a tax return even if you are claimed as someone else's dependent.  But.....you MUST say in My Info that you can be claimed as someone else's dependent.  You may receive a tax refund of federal and state tax withheld; you will not receive a stimulus check.

But how will turbotax be able to know under who name if you file separately. And how will the cpa who file the parent tax know you already file unless they already have the information down already?

You file your own return.  You set up your own account.  You file under your own name.  When you fill out your return there is a question to check if someone else can claim you.  That's all you have to do.  You don't have to indicate your parents return or account.  Look for this screen under My Info.
