If turbotax sends an email update saying north carolina tax forms are ready for e file, but will not let me e file.
I read some people have been able to e file for North Carolina
I can't address any TurboTax emails, but the forms availability table shows that several NC state forms are not yet finalized and available for efiling. According to the table, it looks like most are predicted to be available on 2/24/2022. See the list of available NC forms and expected dates here:
