If my Turbo Tax e file was rejected by the IRS do I owe Turbo Tax any money? Can I choose a different method of filing my taxes without using Turbo Tax?

If your 2017 tax return was rejected there is a reason for the rejection.

Login to your TurboTax and click on the rejection notice.  You will be directed to the problem and solutions to fix to resubmit.

If you prefer not to continue with TurboTax, since your return was rejected and not accepted by the IRS, you can take your information to another company and have them file your return.

The IRS considers rejected returns as not being processed.
