My ssn is incorrect on my W-2. Does this also mean my income and withholdings are also incorrect?

If the SSN is incorrect contact your employer for a corrected W-2.   It is quite possible that any Social Security and Medicare withholding did not get credited to your account.  That also needs to be checked and corrected by your employer.

The IRS also gets the W-2 form your employer.  That needs to be corrected before you file.
