If married filing separately, why are me and my husband separately being charged repayment limitation for premium tax credit?

Should I be putting different percentages? It doesn't seem to change anything. Is this the "not qualifying for tax credit with MFS"? This blows.

    Yes, if you are Married Filing Separately, you are disqualified from all Premium Tax Credit and must repay all advanced payments you received during the year.
