If married and the child is both of ours do I put that there is shared custody percentage?

It depends. If you are married ,are filing jointly and the child is both yours and your spouse's- there is nothing additional to enter other than the actual information about the child. The shared custody question refers to divorced/separated parents.

If one of you has a child with another person, custody questions should be answered. You will be asked who is the custodial parent (the parent with whom child lives the longest) and if you allowed the noncustodial parent to claim the child (or if the custodial parent allowed you to claim the child).
