You can enter both 1099 and W-2 in TurboTax Self-Employed.  To do so;

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Federal Taxes at the top of the page.
  3. Then, select Income and Expense
  4. The screen that pops up - Lets Get Going On Your Income And Expenses; (screen shot below) is where you would begin to enter both your 1099 and W-2 one at a time.  From here, follow the directions given to enter all your income and expense for your business and employee related position.

Do you have a Personal Tab at the top of your screen (not Personal Info)?
