Question

If I received an email about my tax return being rejected, despite it saying that it was accepted a few months ago, then should I even do anything to fix it?

The email seems legit, but I don't know why I'm receiving one when I already got approved of a return a few months ago. Plus I got the money for the return too. Is this just a delayed email for an earlier rejection. The email mentions the problem, but I thought we fixed that already. Even the turbo tax home site says that it was accepted. I just want to know if I should be doing something or not to remedy it or should I ignore it.

If you already e-file and received your refund then ignore the email.   Some users have more than one account, and the email might be coming from an "old" account that you used.

I got an email like this yesterday, and everything was accepted back in April. I checked with the IRS website as well and everything was accepted. I’m guessing this was some sort of glitch email?

@Ladybug78 The marketing department is sometimes a bit over active.  Ignore the email.
