If i need to fill out information about a 1095A but my mother pays all of it, do I claim 0%?

If you were covered under a marketplace plan, then you need the 1095-A for that plan, regardless of who that form was issued to. Without the 1095-A information you can not file your tax return. If you mail it without the 1095-A information, then any refund due will be delayed until you send the IRS the 1059-A information.

You have to file the 1095-A and claim some percentage.  You and your mother must agree on the percentage that you claim and her percentage and your percentage must equal 100% together.  It can be 50/50, 80/20, 99/1 or whatever you both agree to.
