If i file form 8379, injured/innocent spouse, with return online will my refund be direct deposited?

Normally I file and my refund is direct deposited into my bank, however last year my husband and I filed jointly and my return was kept due to his past student debt. We filed an ammended return and recieved a paper check (as what normally happens with an ammended return). So my question is if I file the form 8379 with my return this year ahead of time will my refund be direct deposited?
