I would like to use my 2017 tax return and estimate my 2018 taxes.

You would have to manually enter the 2017 tax data to get estimated taxes owed or estimated tax refund for 2018 using the calculator TaxCaster - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/taxcaster/

If you were using the TurboTax desktop editions then use the What-If worksheet in Forms mode.  The What-If worksheet uses the tax data from the 2017 tax return and the 2018 tax code for estimates.
