I would like to discontinue my turbo tax account. how can i make this happen?

Did you file it yet? If you haven't filed you can just leave and abandon the current year. You can try to clear it.

You can not delete or merge accounts.

You can try to clear all of the information in your TurboTax account for this year but you will need to Contact Customer Support to have an account deactivated for more of a resolution.

Or....are you asking to close your Advantage account so that you do not purchase the software for 2023 returns?
