I worked for same employer in 2017 and 2018, but employer fed id and address changed. what do I do?

You need to report as shown on your 2018 W-2.
It is not uncommon for businesses to change their mailing addresses and federal tax identification numbers.
If the 2017 address is in TurboTax, here is where to change it:
