I work in the United States, but the address on the W2 is in Canada... how do I enter it?

Level 11

Enter the W-2 "exactly" as printed. If necessary, there's checkbox for the address field that has "U.S. Address" selected by default. Select the other one, then enter the address as printed on the W-2.

Level 15

I presume you are preparing a USA tax return.

During the W-2 interview, on the screen that says "Lets type in the rest of your W-2 information" right below the Employer Name is a data field that says "Address Type."

Using the dropdown menu, change that address type to "Foreign Address", and the data fields will change format.

Then you will be able to enter the rest of the address including Province, Country, and International Postal Code.
