Solved

I won money at a Casino in Ohio. I live in North Carolina. I paid state and federal taxes on it at the time I won. I have a form W-2G but am not sure how to file this.

Do I file it at all? Or do I not have to since I paid taxes at the time?

Yes you absolutely do have to file it and you need to file an Ohio non resident return as well as a Federal and NC return.  On the Federal return, it will figure the federal tax on your winnings but give you credit for the amount of tax already withheld.  Same with Ohio.  NC will tax you on the winnings but will give you credit for the OH tax.  For that reason, you need to first prepare the Federal return, then OH, then NC.  You need OH first to find out the OH tax, for the NC credit.
