Question

I was 23 at the end of 2019, I have attended school full-time since September 2019. I didn’t live with my parents in 2019, can someone else claim me?

See this Help article about who can be claimed as a dependent:

you didn't live with a parent more than half the year, so

you're not a Qualifying Child

BUT

if your parent provided more than half of your support and,

your gross income for the year was less than $4,200

you can be a Qualifying Relative.

You must be either a Qualifying Child or Qualifying Relative for someone to be able to claim you.
