I want to take the state fee off my final page i want my taxes to come separate

If you're using TurboTax Online ( your post indicates that you are), the fee you're seeing is for the state tax preparation program.  There is no additional charge to e-file a state return in TurboTax Online.

Any refunds you receive from the IRS and state will be issued to you separately.  The taxing authorities are separate and distinct, so they don't intermingle.  You'll receive each refund in the manner that you requested it (direct-deposit, paper check, etc.) separately.
