Question

I want to start my 2024 online return but it says I need to first prepare my 2023 return and will not let me proceed. I filed my 2023 return using a diff product.

Very frustrated as the online help is all AI based but the “I”part is not good. No way to talk to a human to get this sorted out. Has anyone any experience with the H&R product?
