I want to pay turbotax for collecting my information , I do not want turbotax to file my incometax. Please let me know how much I owe you and send me the incometax forms

TurboTax never files your tax return for you. If you are e-filing it you are the one who has to go all the way through the FILE section to click a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now." Unless YOU do that, your tax return is not filed.

OR---if you are choosing to file by mailing it in, then you have to print it, sign it and mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you.

No one is going to "send' anything to you. If you want to print your tax return, you print it for yourself--after you pay your fees.
