Did you receive an email from TurboTax requesting payment of the TurboTax account fees?  If so, how to pay those fees was explained in the email.

I have been charged by turbo tax on 05/03/2019 but because of some misunderstanding. I stopped that payment. I want you to process it once again

If you have the Order Number, then you can use this website to pay the TurboTax account fees - https://payments.turbotax.intuit.com/
