I want return filed now. I will make arrangement for an installment loan separately from Turbo Tax

When you reach the File section of the tax return and you are asked how you would like to pay the taxes due, select the option to "mail a check". This will allow you continue your tax return and then you can set up other payment arrangements outside of TurboTax.
If this is for Federal taxes due please contact IRS e-file payment services at at 1-888-353-4537 for assistance with making payment arrangements.
If this if for State taxes due, see the FAQ below on on how to contact your state agency.
