I've paid $219 in state taxes and can't find where to enter it so I don't have to pay it again?

State and local estimated payments (as well as federal) that you made are entered in Deductions and Credits section. Once they are entered, any state/local payments are automatically transferred to their respective returns:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Deductions & Credits
  3. Scroll down to Estimates and Other taxes Paid
  4. Select Estimates

If you are referring to 2015 state balance due that you paid in 2016, here's data entry:

  1. Federal Taxes
  2. Deductions and Credits
  3. Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
  4. Balance due on your 2015 state taxes paid in 2016
