If you filed your 2018 Form 1040 by mail, you should have sent it to the IRS Service Center for your portion of the country. Form 1040 Mailing Addresses

TurboTax has no role in the receipt or processing of tax returns that are mailed to the IRS.

If you prepared your income tax return using TurboTax, indicating that you did not wish to e-file, then you needed to print, sign, and physically mail the paper return to the IRS. I you did not complete those steps, then you have not filed your return, and must do so by April 15, 2019.
