I received dividend checks for less than $10 per quarter. I did not receive a 1099-DIV. Do I have to report my dividends?

Yes, you need to report the dividends that you earned in 2018 on your Tax Return.

If you haven't received a Form 1099-DIV, you can try contacting the Financial Institution directly or you can most likely access your Form 1099-DIV through the website of the Financial Institution.  After logging in to your account, you can typically find this information in a "tax info" or "year-end statement" link.
