I received an email today about a possible duplicate 1099 on 2024 tax return is this real or a scam? I cannot get ahold of a real person when I call or chat

you'll have to review your 2024 return. Personally, I doubt it, because there should be no way that Turbotax should know there's a "possible" duplication. That is, unless you used assisted help to prepare your return. What does it say to do, because if there is, the only way to correct it is by filing an amended return.
