I received a 25% email. No code. I used the link, and was not given the 25% off. How do I get a refund as I already filed my tax return?

The promotional code didnt work. I used the link from my email, and it said it would he applied when I file. It didn't work, and I paid full price to file my federal return. I want to be refunded the 25% off. The wording made it seem as though only the 25% will be calculated and applied after filing. There was no promo code to use. False advertising.
