Did you enter a qualifying person as a dependent on your tax return? If not, you are not eligible for Head of Household.

When you entered the dependent did you indicate they lived in your home for the whole year? Did you indicate you provided over one-half of the support to the dependent? Did you indicate that you provided over one-half the cost to maintain your home?

Is the dependent related to you?
