Also I haven't received any stimulus check. Because my account was shut down for the first one. But I had it turn back on by the time the second one was sent but did not receive that one either

If you haven't e-filed or mailed in your return, log back into your TurboTax account and correct the 13770.00. To get the first stimulus (Recovery Rebate Credit (RRC)), check, see How do I claim the Recovery Rebate Credit in TurboTax?

If you e-filed your return, you won't be able to change it. It's like putting a letter in the mailbox. You can't retrieve it.

  • You'll have to wait until the IRS accepts or rejects your return.

If your return gets rejected, you'll be able to correct the amount and claim the RRC. You'll then submit the corrected return.

If your return gets accepted:

  • The IRS may correct your return for both of the amount. If you agree with the IRS correction, you don't have to amend your return.
  • If the IRS does not correct your return, you'll have to amend your income tax return.

At this time, you're not able to  amend a 2020 income tax return. As of today, it's estimated that the IRS will finalize the 1040X form on 3/25/2021. However check the forms availability to see any updates to that date.

Note: Generally, Form 1040-X,  Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, must be filed within three years of the date the original return was filed, or within two years of the date the tax was paid, whichever is later.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's -
https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
