I purchased Turbo Tax Desktop version a few days ago and have not had success getting it loaded onto my computer. I've tried three different computers with no success.

    If your computer(s) has a firewall or a virus detector, turn it off before trying to install your TurboTax download. The following TurboTax FAQ also has other suggestions for troubleshooting: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300294
