I purchased the Desktop premium TT. My old PC couldn't run the desktop version but it allowed the online version? It now will not let me file even though pmt is $0?.

Why does the order summary say $0

Your order summary will say $0 if your qualify for TurboTax Free or if your fees were reduced with a discount.

It sounds like you may have received the special offer to switch from TurboTax Desktop to TurboTax Online, which resulted in $0 order.
