No you can't do it that way. And you can't install more than 1 version. And you probably paid more for Premier then just buying the second state for Deluxe. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.

Try to get a refund for one of them, Call in for a refund. You can only download one free state per edition, meaning you ca only have Deluxe installed ad download one free state. In order to get a second free state you would have to uninstall deluxe and install Premier.
