I printed out the voucher form to pay taxes. Included were also vouchers for four equal payment installments. If I did the installments will I be charged interest?

The 4 payment vouchers that printed out with your payment vouchers for the taxes due are your estimated tax payments for 2019. When you entered in your information into the program, Turbo Tax calculated that you owed taxes for 2018 (you didn't have enough withheld or paid in enough during the year).

To avoid underpaying again for 2019, you can use these to pay estimated tax payments throughout the year. If paid in, you should no owe taxes for 2019 and not have to pay any additional interest.
