I paid you a fee to support me?

You filled my return.  You told me it was accepted. Then I got a letter turning it down because of lack of 1099s. 10 days ago I faxed IRS the requested documents. Since I payed you for support, I want you to follow up this filing.

Accepted means received for processing. It does not mean Approved.
Keep in mind that TT is a computer program. You are paying for the use of it to prepare your tax returns.

Sorry ... but TT cannot do anything to speed up the IRS's processing of your return ... the extra help you paid for was to complete a return you could file and you did just that ... they cannot intercede on your behalf as they do not have the right to do so ... now all you can do is wait patiently for the IRS to finish reviewing the return and release the refund.     And FYI  the IRS can ask for any supporting documents at anytime ... nothing you or the TT support person can have done to stop that from happening.
