I have been paying all granddaughter's college expenses, room and board and health insurance costs for several years. She graduated and began teaching school last August. Turbo Tax states I cannot claim my granddaughter because she made more than $4800 in 2018. I paid $1534 for her health insurance from January through August. Can I deduct that on my tax return?
