I paid for the bs max benefits package only to learn it is absolutely USELESS I just want to chat with a human being and apparently that’s not included in the $60 I paid

I appreciate the article that you shared and that you took the time to attempt to help. Unfortunately I have read that same article no less than 10 times. I filed my taxes, February 28th and have received numerous letters from the IRS. I have never been late on filing, I have never owed, I have never been questioned but, I had numerous acquaintances having issues this year with the irs so I decided to upgrade for the first time ever. I thought that the max package would help me communicate with the IRS. I thought that they would put my mind at ease with all of these letters only to find out that TurboTax will be of zero assistance unless it’s an “official” audit. I thought I was paying for a professional Company to give me ease and help me answer my questions, but they have been zero help!
